We had a fantastic stay here! The room was incredibly spacious with plenty of room to unpack and relax. The location is perfect, situated in a bustling area with easy access to all the major sites in Rome. The staff was amazing, offering helpful recommendations and always being friendly and polite. The breakfast buffet in the morning was a great way to start the day.
We had an excellent experience at this hotel. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great location of the hotel! Any attraction can be reached in a maximum of 10 minutes, as long as the railway station. staff is friendly. Cleaning is excellent, change of towels daily, bed linen - in a day. Beautiful breakfasts by local standards: there are pastries, omelette, bacon, eggs, fruit, excellent coffee and much more. No one will stay hungry! Comfortable cozy patio with a fountain. We read reviews of many hotels, complained everywhere about the lack of sound insulation, there is no sound insulation, silence, no one can hear! Street is quiet, yard is quiet too, walls are not cardboard. They slept with the window open, nobody interfered.
The room fund, of course, is old, would not prevent you from renewing the furniture, but it is not critical, the bathroom is good, there is everything you need and modern. It's dark in the room, there's not much light. We smokers, on arrival asked to bring an ashtray on the balcony: for five days and did not wait, offended. We didn't see any more flaws. And of course, as everywhere else, the Internet is bad, in Rush Hours you can not even catch, you will not catch!

Excellent location of the hotel, all the sights, restaurants and shops nearby, breakfasts are standard, for Italy there is no special variety, room repairs are outdated but for this price, we did not count on more. We asked for a room with a balcony, our request was immediately fulfilled. The hotel has a very nice courtyard with a photo where it is very nice to have breakfast, and in the evening you can drink a glass. The air conditioning worked well and the shower did not leak.
The pillows were flat, but we found a couple more in the closet. There's a cold tile on the floor in the room that's not very nice to walk barefoot. No slippers or bathrobes.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a beautiful, historic building that was perfectly located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the roof terrace, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. the hotel offered a fridge and safe at no extra cost which was very convenient.
The building was quite old and in need of some maintenance, specifically some areas needed painting and updating. However, this didn't affect our stay too much since the room was still very comfortable and clean.

Service Staff are helpful and provide good services.
Only one washroom in the apartment. Should have at least 2 washrooms in the apartment to cater for higher number of pax staying as compare to normal room.

Excellent location, 10 min from the station and within walking distance to many attractions. The hotel building itself is ancient. The room is spacious and cozy, there was a kitchen corner with an electric stove. Very friendly staff. Breakfast compared to other European very good. Opposite the supermarket; there is also a delicious pizzeria and other cafes in the street Nationale. Nearby are good shops, both branded and democratic. In general, we did not regret that we chose this hotel.
There was no kettle in the room, with a kitchen corner. The ceiling toilet was constantly digging in one place. There was no hot water for 24 hours, it was barely warm. One day it was raining heavily outside and the hotel had a power outage for more than half a day. Apparently, the building's antique.

It is also nearby the train station Termini, providing easy access to all attractions in different modes of transport. the rooms are clean, and staff members are polite. You can enjoy your complimentary breakfast in the enclosed courtyard, which is a great way to start your day.
The room window was broken, and it did not shut properly.

Hotel was a good location. As there were five of us it was good to get a room with lots of space for us all in a central location. It had a little kitchenette. Separate bedroom. Room was clean.

The hotel catered for us, as a family of five, in a large family suite. The room was quiet and clean. Housekeeping were extremely efficient and our room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced.
The only disappointment was the breakfast. The toaster was extremely slow and the only croissants available were sugar coated.

In the morning there was problem with hot water, but in the afternoon/evening it was ok.

The room was small but clean and the ensuite facilities nice. Breakfast was good.
Although I requested a quite room, my room was allocated near the stairs. When I requested a larger room was told all rooms are the same sizes, although one of the staff mentioned that there are other rooms. Strange positon for the room to be near the stairs and there was lots of noise from people in the corridors. On the first night of my stay there was a couple fighting at night and was woken up several times. All I wanted was to get a good nights sleep. The second night was fine. It must be just unfortunate for that to happen on my first night.

The location was absolutely fabulous! It took me 7 min to piazza Republica, 10 to piazza Espagna, all by foot. Really an excellent place to be your HQ during the stay in Rome.
This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. It is a nice, very clean, 3+ hotel that got it's fourth star solely on location. There were no bathrobes, just slippers, the tv was taped with tape in order to prevent the fall of cover for buttons, the shower door didn't have a knob, so I had some problems getting out of the shower. The breakfast room was tiny, only 7-9 tables. Considering that the entire hotel has 47 rooms I don's see how this is enough. All these little things are responsible for my 3 star opinion.
